Our journey began in 2016 with the development of a shoppable broadcasting platform, that would support the film & music industry. We invested in a radically transparent fashion marketplace shortly after, which would link shoppable products, and allow production stakeholders to earn new revenue streams from fashion royalties.

Through the pandemic, we focused on communicating sustainability & ethics across our brand portfolio, highlighting the challenges and achievements of designers within a growing niche of mindful shoppers.

As the world recovered in 2021, we introduced creator showrooms & fashion popups to activate brands in new markets via influencer marketing, for the first time since our launch.

Leadership

Founded by Bethanie Ashton, the ONE30M Group welcomed VP Sustainability & Impact and its COO, Ermoni Best in October 2024.

The Group has since refined its economics internship program into a Certified Innovation Program within Conscious Luxury Design, led by Best.

Advocating equal access to education is the Group’s founding mission, and aside from its tithings to the International Rescue Committee, its Innovation Program aims to raise the next generation of innovative thought-leaders as ambassadors of sustainable luxury.

    Trained actor, dancer & pianist, Ashton pursued studies in Business Management and a property investment portfolio while continuing to develop in the Entertainment industry as an actor, producer & director.

    At the height of Instagram and first wave of content creators, Ashton explored her fascination in AI tech to concept & launch ONE30M Group (phase one), with a desire to rebuild economies by solving the education crisis.

    Led by the desire to help, heal and motivate, Ashton’s vision for ONE30M Group is a platform for advocacy & global impact enablement.

  • Chief Operating & Impact Officer

    With almost 2 decades of luxury hospitality expertise, Best earned her M.B.A at Rennes Business School, and is a certified Sommelier.

    Best’s knowledge of Californian and French wines, and white-glove service excellence brings to the ONE30M Group a deeper connection to eco tourism & fairtrade supplier relationships. Best embodies diversity, equality, and inclusion and brings to the company a celebration of cultural heritage.

    Implementing the Group’s policies, frameworks, and HR management, Best motivates and challenges our talent. She ensures that mission & communication goals, and impact statistics are presented across our client activations and Group events.
